Jenifer Schlotfeldt is a content strategist, content technologist, and a content experience architect. This means she works on ensuring the right tools with smart automation are in place to make it easy for content creators to author and publish content, and ultimately that the customers have a great content journey.

Jenifer has written articles and presented on content metrics, continuous content delivery, and the overall content journey from marketing to the product to support information. She is also the coauthor of DITA Best Practices: A Roadmap for Writing, Editing, and Architecting in DITA, and has focused the last five years on authoring in Markdown.
