Dana is Director of Experience Design at Pickle Jar Communications.
Dana is passionate about enabling others to create compelling and inclusive content and experiences. A professionally trained and experienced content design, Dana draws on research across behavioural economics, neuroscience and linguistics to inform their approach.
They are a former Director of Marketing and Communications with a strong track record in developing award-winning campaigns, nurturing high-performing content teams, and delivering omnichannel strategies to meet business goals.
When they are not leading teams and campaigns, they love running workshops and sharing their love of data, insight and content design with others. A popular and sought-after speaker, they have won multiple awards for their work, including the ContentEd Martin Bojam award for inspiring and uplifting others.
Away from the laptop, Dana is one of the worst elite kayakers in the UK. They have previously paddled the Grand Canyon, kayaked over a 20ft waterfall and are currently training for the longest canoe race in the world.
