Rui Meireles is a Service Designer at Qvantel, with a strong focus on Customer Experience (CX) and Business Process Design.
From back-end development to solution architecture, from business analysis to Customer Journeys, he has gained an eclectic background within the telecom world in the past decade, while working in Europe, Asia, North and South America.
Rui holds a Master's degree in Electrical and Computers Engineering.
I learned Spanish when I was hired for a project in Latin America and sent to do a workshop with a customer. I managed to survive by improvising Spanish based on my native Portuguese. It wasn't fun then.
