Sara is experienced with Customer Success Enablement and other customer-centric functions in the software industry. With a foundation in Technical Writing, her previous roles have focused on professional development programs, customer self-service, and cross-functional Technical Content Strategy.

She currently serves as the Director of Member Engagement for the Consortium for Service Innovation, a non-profit alliance of service and support organizations focused on innovation around customer engagement, productivity, and success.
