Omnichannel conference speaker

Lucas Betés leads the Omnichannel marketing team in EMEAR for Cisco. The focus of this team is to champion the customer and users experience by shaping, influencing and creating the most engaging experiences possible across Cisco’s channels.

Having been at Cisco for five years and before this working in both start-ups and large corporations across various B2B and B2C industries, his goal is to ensure experiences and journeys are always designed putting the user/customer first.
