With over two decades of experience in the field of design, both as a practitioner and a leader, Paras has worked across the globe helping large corporations in their design transformation journeys. In his recent roles with large companies in Australia, Paras has lead design teams at the Commonwealth Bank of Australia, ANZ Banking group, and the largest retailer Woolworths Group.

Currently, heading the Design team at Tabcorp, world's largest listed gambling entertainment company, Paras is responsible to build and grow the design capabilities in the organisation. Evangelizing customer-centricity to the wider business while defining the Omnichannel Experience strategy for apps, self-service kiosks, and assisted channel systems at customer support centres and venues. Key focus on building exciting customer experiences with integrity and trust.
