Break and Learn Sessions are interactive Zoom sessions. You will get the most out of this session if you are able to turn on your camera and microphone to participate in their discussion.
Even in these omnichannel digital days thousands of patients die every year because their doctors prescribed them the wrong medication. Many doctors mistakenly think they know all about the possible risks of the medication they prescribe frequently. Research shows that most doctors fail to recognise risks associated with regular and heavily used medication.
In this brainstorming session, Rob Punselie en Ellen Altenburg will present details of the issue. Together with participants, they want to explore strategies that can solve this issue. They will use design thinking to find effective omnichannel solutions. It’ll be interactive, relevant, and engaging. Don’t forget to eat your lunch 😉
