OmnichannelX Refocus

Hello OmniX Community!

It is bittersweet for us to make the most significant announcement in OmnichannelX’s history:

After careful consideration, we have concluded we can best achieve our mission of connecting the omnichannel community and advancing omnichannel initiatives around the world by focusing on creating a consistent monthly flow of omnichannel content, rather than concentrating our resources on one large event per year.

This means in 2023, and for the foreseeable future, we will not be running an annual conference.

We will be creating free and subscriber content as well as smaller, more focused events to provide an ongoing learning and networking experience throughout the year. This will be through channels like

Having observed the way people are engaging with content in the current dynamic and shifting world, we are very enthusiastic about providing a more flexible, on-demand, and continuous resource.

We are deeply grateful to all those who have attended our annual conferences, the volunteers, and the sponsors who made our annual events possible and we hope to keep engaging you all regularly in our new evolved format. If you have any ideas or suggestions on what you would like to see in the coming years – topics, activity formats, speakers – then let us know.

If you already bought a ticket to OmniX 2023

You will receive a full refund. We will be processing these immediately and may take up to a week for you to receive funds, so we estimate all processes to be complete by the 10th of February.

If you submitted a talk

We still want to discuss the potential inclusion of your contribution in the new ongoing events calendar as a webinar, podcast, or online workshop.

If you were processing your sponsorship paperwork

The current sponsorship packages will no longer make sense but we would be happy to discuss other collaboration opportunities around specific smaller events. We now have full flexibility to discuss working together in a variety of ways.

If you were an event volunteer

We will still need help! There are probably as many tasks as ever, but they are different and spread out throughout the year. We’ll be in touch!
