Code of conduct

Dear all,

We expect all attendees, speakers, sponsors, and volunteers at our conference and related online forums to comply with the following code of conduct. The OmnichannelX team will enforce this code throughout the event and on any of our owned or administrated channels.

All information will be kept confidential unless we determine that disclosure with appropriate third parties is necessary by law or have recorded appropriate consent. We will discuss your options with you before we take any step unless your security or that of other attendees is at risk.

We are dedicated to providing a harassment-free environment and experience for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, religion (or lack thereof), or experience levels. We do not tolerate harassment of conference participants in any form.

Sexual language and imagery is not appropriate for our conference venue or any of our related forums, including talks, workshops, social events, Slack, Twitter, and other online media, except for talks and workshops that communicate in advance that such content will be discussed.

Conference participants violating these rules may be sanctioned or expelled from the online groups or physical conference without a refund at the discretion of the co-chairs.

If you are being harassed, notice that someone else is being harassed, or have any other concerns, please contact a member of conference staff immediately.

We reserve the right to refuse entry or registration to persons who are

  • reported by multiple participants as having violated our code of conduct even if violations occurred at prior third-party events, or
  • have an open harassment inquiry or investigation into their behaviour still outstanding.

We expect participants to follow these rules at conference and workshop venues and conference-related social events, websites, or groups.

We appreciate your cooperation, thank you.
